Shipping Policy
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Shipment costs are calculated based on size, weight and destination. In stock items ship within 10 days of processing via [USPS, UPS, Fedex or Freight].

Refund Policy
All sales are final. Returns are accepted for refund or exchange in the rare instance of damages to the artwork when shipping from the artist to you, please email cindydimascioart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the artwork to alert us of the damage and for the return shipping address and instructions.
All damages need to be documented with photographs, damages to packaging and the artwork to allow the artist to file an insurance claim with the mail carrier and return the damaged item to the artist.
Upon receipt of the damaged item the artist will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available the artist will approve a refund of the full purchase price of your item or create a new piece. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the artwork being returned.
