Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy: Artist will ship via UPS for works larger than 5”x7”, and smaller than 48"x60". Larger work will be shipped by specialty freight and quoted individually. Works are generally shipped within 3-5 business days.
The artist will contact you to notify you of the shipping cost, and shipping date. Original Artwork is shipped with signature required for delivery. Purchaser will receive a receipt and tracking details when the purchase ships.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 3 days of receiving the artwork at [email protected] to alert us of the damage. You will need to document with photographs all damages to packaging and the artwork to allow the artist to file an insurance claim with the mail carrier and return the damaged item to the artist. Upon receipt of the damaged item the artist will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available the artist will refund the full purchase price of your item.
