I strive to capture the vivid hues and cultural vibrancy of the Southwest into my figurative works. Creating a contemporary style of abstracted realism — moving from hard edges to soft, and back again; from lost edges to found edges – is an organic progression for me from my roots as impressionistic realist who has long admired the colorful, western-inspired artwork.
