The artist will ship USPS First Class with tracking. Pieces are generally shipped within 7-14 business days, although some pieces may ship sooner. Purchaser will receive a receipt and tracking details when the item ships.
Refund Policy
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Email me at dianafergusonjewelry@gmail.com with any concerns or for the return address within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping will be at purchaser's expense and should include full insurance value of the artwork. Please provide photos should damage occur.
