Shipping Policy
Shipping is calculated individually for each item and will be added at check out. Items generally ship within 3-5 days of processing via USPS, UPS, FED-EX. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Original Artwork is shipped with signature required for delivery.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
In the rare instance that the artwork is damaged in transit, please email us at jessamynparkerart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the artwork, you will be eligible for refund or exchange.
You will need to document (with photographs), all damages to packaging and the artwork, to allow us to file an insurance claim with the mail carrier, and then return the damaged item to us.
Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will either ship an agreed upon exchange item or refund the full purchase price of your item.
