“Heels Down” was originally sculpted to celebrate the 2018 World Equestrian Games.  This bronze piece represented jumping, one of the 7 disciplines of competition.  Following this historic event, this sculpture was selected for the 2019 International Art Show in Tokyo, Japan.  I have recently added a garden size edition of this piece to my collection.  You can view it at:

“Whether I am working in clay or paint, I like to accurately depict the anatomy of a horse in conjunction with an impressionistic style. This allows viewers to feel the emotions of a horse, yet draw their own conclusions about the narrative being presented.”
