Shipping Policy
All original paintings are generally shipped within 5 -7 business days, but some limited editions are ordered on demand, and may take longer. The artist will contact you to notify you of the expected shipping date on those orders.
If possible, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In some cases, shipping charges will be billed separately because packing, crating, shipping and insurance varies by the size of the piece and your zip code.
Complete your order and I will email you an invoice for the shipping. Feel free to contact me for an estimate. Artist will contact you to notify you of the expected shipping date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
This artist will accept returns for refund or exchange if an item was damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving the artwork at: brudolphfineart@gmail.com to alert me of the damage, then return the damaged item to me. Upon receipt of the damaged item I will either replace or refund your item. You will need to document with photographs all damages to packaging and the artwork to allow the artist to file an insurance claim with the mail carrier and return the damaged item to the artist.
